THE ROLE - Commercial Relationship Manager
Location: Glasgow
Salary: up to £50,000

We are a highly respected financial organisation seeking an experienced, proactive Relationship Manager to join our commercial team in Glasgow.
This is an exceptional opportunity, and very rare in the current financial climate, as you will be provided with a portfolio of connections. The role will require you to effectively manage these connections, building strong rapports with the customers and deepening the banking relationship. Although in the main a relationship role, you will also be required to remain proactive, growing the portfolio through referrals or professional introducers.
We are a banking with a strong balance sheet, providing you with customers to manage from the outset. We are also an ambitious bank, with impressive plans for the future. Therefore if you are seeking a challenging role that can provide security as well as career progression, then this is the ideal opportunity for you.
As the successful candidate you must possess experience of managing commercial connections i.e. clients with a turnover of at least £3million. It is preferable that you have relevant experience and knowledge of the area to enable a smooth transition into the portfolio. Finally, it is highly desirable that you have a successful track record of growing a portfolio's income, of a similar sized book of connections.
