Previous Commercial Sales experience is preferable, candidates should be well connected within the Business community and are keen to expand their career into Financial Services.
THE ROLE
You will be required to network extensively with the professional community in the West of Scotland to increase awareness of the Bank, whilst increasing market share. The main focus will be contacting organisations with a Turnover between £1- 500m, typically large government bodies, PLC's or large privately owned institutions and providing them with Corporate deposits solutions. Working in a dedicated team environment you will raise the profile of the bank in Scotland whilst promoting their unique characteristics to the market. A key deliverable for this role will be to develop the existing Deposits team and organically grow the team throughout Scotland.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate must have:-
A track record of selling to large Organisations at FD/MD level.
Excellent inter-personal skills
Strong decision making skills
Excellent Business Development and Relationship Management skills.
Good Commercial awareness whilst being Be goal orientated.
