Head of Test Services
Glasgow City Circa 70,000 + car + bonus + bens
A global financial organisation requires a successful test professional to lead their test solutions in Scotland. The successful candidate will find themselves leading several experienced direct reports and an established team of circa 60. You will succeed in this role through the ability to demonstrate a track record including:
Strategy management
Off-shoring solutions
Vendor management
Test services best practice.
In your career to date you will be able to demonstrate solutions where by you have maximised productivity, increase quality and introduced industry excellent, at the same time as exceeding business goals and minimising costs.
Typically candidates will have progressed through the testing ranks, and currently hold a Head of Testing or Test Program Management post. The ability to deliver across multiple business streams across multiple locations and using a blend of near shore, off shore and strategic vendor alliances is essential.
