Job profile - My client are a leading business supplies organization who are looking to recruit a temporary Administrator to assist with the smooth running of their office. A new Secretary will be joining the office and the purpose of your role is to assist within the office until the new member of staff settles in. You will assist the Regional Sales Manager with administrative duties, file details of orders, coordinate client visits to showroom, deal with any incoming correspondence to the office, and manage a spreadsheet of predicted orders. This role will last approx 4 weeks.
Company Information - My client are a leading supplier in the office goods industry with an excellent reputation for customer service and the quality of their goods.
Experience & Qualifications - You will have solid administration experience and be able to start work from 1st September and work continually for 4 weeks. You will have a good telephone manner and be a confident computer user with knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel. Previous sales administration experience would be a great advantage. Own transport preferred due to location.

Salary: £7.50 - £8 per hour
