| Working with a leading mobile phone repair organisation within the Inchinnan Business park this is an excellent opportunity to start work immediately and work towards a permanent contract. You will be responsible for handling inbound customer service enquiries relating to customers mobile phone. Calls can include: Mobile phone accessories enquiries Warranty enquiries Damage enquiries Phones which have been returned to the customers but not repaired to their satisfaction This role will suit candidates who have previous contact centre experience (ideally within the mobile communications sector), have a strong technical knowledge of mobile phones and are highly customer focused. Due to location would suit someone with own transport or applicants living in Paisley which access to the bus route.
