| Our client - A well known provider of debt collection services to financial institutions, government, telecommunications and retail organisations - is currently recruiting for ambitious Collections Officers to work within their call centre in Glasgow city centre. The role involves working on a specific campaign and contacting debtors who have fallen into arrears with their bills and to negotiate a solution. For a new collector on your earning potential if you are hitting targets, should be £17/18k, however the top performer are making about £2k every month in bonus. Our Ideal Candidate: We are ideally looking for people who are confident and hungry to succeed. We will look at people from all different backgrounds as long as you have worked to targets.
