| INBOUND SALES ADVISOR £14,500 - £16,500 + BONUS + PAID HOLIDAYS + EXCELLENT COMPANY BENEFITS We are currently looking for an Inbound Sales Advisor to work in Glasgow City Centre. You will manage inbound calls, making recommendations to sell insurance products that meet the customer' s needs. There will however be some intermittent outbound activity during the training period. The main requirements of the role will be to build relationships with prospective and existing customers over the telephone, making and taking customer calls to identify their insurance needs, remaining compliant with all relevant codes of practice, and achieving sales and productivity targets including cross selling products to our customers. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills and listening skills enabling you to build relationships with customers. You will have some sales experience from call centre environment, either inbound or outbound. Ideally you will possess a minimum of 5 GCSE' s or Standard Grades at Level C / 3 or above including English and Mathematics, or will hold an equivalent qualification.
