| OUTBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE, Glasgow Are you itching for a change? Are you currently demotivated in your role and unchallenged? Then I have a fantastic opportunity for you............... Salary: £12000 - £15000 + Bonus, weekly pay Hours: Shifts between 8.30am - 8.30pm, 5 days from 7, 35 hours Contract: Ongoing temp with the possibility of a permanent contract for strong candidates Start Date: 18th August Progression: Excellent progression and career opportunities The Job: - The primary function of the role is to deal with arrears cases where payments have been missed. - You will proactively chase customers payments due by Direct Debit or other means. - You will predominantly deal with outbound calls, however you will take inbound calls during particularly busy periods.
