The Role
Expense Administrator
Our client, who provides compliant and innovative Umbrella payroll solutions to contractors and temporary workers in a wide range of sectors and industries across the UK, has a requirement for experienced candidates to join their expanding team of Expense Administrators.
This is an excellent role, offering very good training and career prospects.
Accurate input of all assigned client expenses.
Ability to time manage all assigned workload while adhering to strict departmental deadlines.
Ability to review all receipted expenses and apply HMRC regulations.
Strong team player, and works towards overall team goals.
Communicates with clients via email, telephone, written in a professional manner, always keeping in mind good customer service.
Experience & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following;
Proven working knowledge of high level of data input.
Ability to work to strict departmental deadlines.
Proven working knowledge of handling a client query via telephone.
Proven working knowledge of handling large volumes of documents with particular attention to detail.
Working knowledge of MS Packages.
Ability to communicate via email, telephone, written with all clients in a professional manner.
Ability to communicate their time management styles and way of setting priorities.
Ability to work within a fast paced team environment.
Location: Glasgow, next to Shields Road underground.
Salary: £13000pa - £14000pa
