| The Role Our client, who provides compliant and innovative Umbrella payroll solutions to contractors and temporary workers in a wide range of sectors and industries across the UK, has a requirement for customer service focused candidates to join their expanding team of Customer Care Advisors. For this role, you will be required to provide excellent customer service at all times and handle all enquiries quickly and effectively. "Taking initial enquiries from new customers wishing to find out more information about the company and dealing with these calls to completion. "Following up of all client queries from initial call to resolution of query. "You will be communicating with the client via email, telephone and written correspondence. "Take responsibility for retention of all product knowledge supplied by company and acquired on the job. "Strong team player, who works well within a team structure and contributes to the teams overall goals. "Utilise training in legislation and company product in resolution of all client queries "Daily liaison with the Administration, Expenses, Payroll and Accounts department. Hours of work are generally Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.30 or 09.00 - 18.00 The Company Founded in 2003, our client has very quickly become the popular choice as payroll provider for contractors and recruitment agencies, ranging from large multi-nationals to local independent firms. Experience & Qualifications "Ability to establish and develop successful working relationships with clients of all levels. "Previous experience in a fast paced working environment is essential. "2 years direct telephone based Customer Service experience. "Proven working knowledge of dealing with direct client queries. "Ability to deal with different client personalities with positive outcomes. "Ability to follow up and close, with client satisfied with end result. "Proven working knowledge of dealing with high volume of calls. "Ability to communicate their time management styles and way of setting priorities. "Working knowledge of MS packages. "Experience in similar role in banking or HMRC a plus.
