| Job profile Our clients are seeking a professional experienced receptionist to act as the first point of contact to their clients and visitors both in person and via telephone. You will be expected to answer all calls and route to appropriate team member, you will be responsible for booking meeting rooms, ensuring refreshments are given if required and ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area. You will also deal with all post in and out of the building, book couriers and taxis if required. Over and above the reception duties you will be responsible for a number of admin tasks so IT skills are essential. Experience & Qualifications Our clients require and experienced receptionist, who is used to working solo as this reception area is fairly quiet, we also seek someone with administrative skills to perform a number of admin duties.
