| My client is a large, global, blue chip organisation based in Glasgow' s clydeside area. The remit for this role is to provide a first class mailroom service to the business. Duties will include handling and sorting all outgoing and incoming mail (including couriers), producing daily statistics and environmental reports and carrying out security checks on packages. You will also be required to produce ID cards across the business in addition to printing, collation and distribution of correspondence. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a busy mailroom and have a good working knowledge of the Royal Mail and other mail service providers. You must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as an ability to deal with large volumes of work. You will ideally have used computerised loging systems and be in a good level of fitness as this role can be very manual. Benefits for the role include pension and flexi-time.
