| My client is a brand known name within their industry and are looking to recruit an experienced HR professional to join their highly successful team. You will directly manage a team of 3 and therefore management experience would be desirable albeit not essential. CIPD qualified with in depth experience of working within an HR generalist environment, this role allows you to challenge the status quo and to make your mark. Key to your success will be your ability to work with a diverse customer base and to lead and advise on a number of HR projects, including maximising attendance and occupational health. You will also be responsible for advising on complex ER cases and will act as point of contact with the unions. This client has an established HR function where HR sits firmly on the agenda!
