French Speaking Customer Care Advisors - £16K + benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for fluent / native French speaking Customer Care Advisors to join an award winning multinational company in East Kilbride. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career and become part of a successful and expanding bilingual team.
The Company
Our client is a leading edge technological products and solutions provider which provides next-generation digital technology worldwide. It has operations across the globe and provides design, manufacturing, sales and support to customers on a worldwide basis.
The Role
As part of the Customer Sales & Support Team you will be the first point of contact regarding customer orders and products through a variety of media - telephone, email and SMS. Whilst resolving customer issues and queries, you will provide a high standard of customer service and take a proactive, friendly and knowledgeable approach to each enquiry. Your ultimate aim will be to provide first contact resolution over a wide spectrum of queries, whilst identifying and recommending the best product to suit the customers requirements.
What we are looking for:
Self motivated individuals with strong communication skills (written and verbal) in French and in English
Confident and articulate telephone manner
Ability to build rapport and a positive engaging attitude
A flair for sales and a passion for customer service
Ability to multi task and excellent attention to detail
Previous call centre experience in a customer support / sales environment is preferable but other backgrounds will be considered
