| Fancy a change from outbound telesales / product sales? Or do you have existing collections experience? Outbound Collections Consultants required for quick start for our client based in Glasgow City Centre. Quick interviews can be arranged for suitable candidates. The starting salary is £13,200 with expected 1st year OTE of £18,000, 2nd year OTE of £30,000. You will also have the opportunity to work towards a higher basic salary if your performance reflects this. Your basic salary can rise to £14,400 and £15,600 depending on your performance. As it involves dealing with calling current contacts and customers of the company, there is no cold calling or inbound calls to be taken. You will be working from a database of current clients who have fallen behind with their bills and repayments, and targeting them for immediate settlement or negotiating fixed term re-payment plans with them. As their payments and arrears due are above the average, you will see that this is reflected in the bonus structure offered by the company. Steady employment and experience of working towards targets in a call centre environment or similar collections role is essential to your application. To be considered, you must also have achieved these targets and other KPI’s. The shifts are varied and you have to be flexible between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday, and be able to commit to working a couple of weekends a month flex. between 9am-5pm. Please note, that as our client is in the financial sector, applicants must be willing to go through with and pass a credit check. People with bad credit may be considered as long as they have a re-payment plan in place. Bankruptcies, trust deeds, CCJ`s, etc do not qualify unfortunately.
