| Job profile - An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to work with one of the leading national construction companies. Main duties and responsibilities will include the management and resourcing of construction contracts to maximise profit and the control of costs by monitoring and supervising site costs. Company Profile - Our client has a strong base in the water sector along with a presence in the transportation, power and infrastructure sectors. Our client is recognised for their outstanding customer service and from their current position they are well placed to expand into new areas to continue their steady successful growth. Experience and Qualifications - The ability to demonstrate the traditional main contracting surveying skills from a civil or building background with a minimum of 3 years experience is essential. In addition to these fundamental factors, communication skills, and an overall degree of commercial and financial awareness are essential to this key role.
