| Basic Salary: £50,000 OTE plus Company car Benefits Include: Initial 24day holiday, Child care vouchers, Gym menbership, Private Healthcare and Stakeholder Pension An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a very prestigious freight forwarding company based in Lanarkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a UK Market Leader in the Transport Industry; the company has over 3 decades of experience with Foot prints in all major European destinations. Working throughout the Lanarkshire area the successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing business whilst also bringing in new business and contacts Key activities include: -Calling on new customers to build and develop relationships -Building up new business through lead generation and effective networking -Arranging appointments to meet with your clients -Achieving monthly sales figures The ideal candidate for this role will have: -A proven sales track record -An enthusiastic and self motivated approach to sales -Relationship building skills -An ability to prioritise and use initiative -Excellent communication, admin and organisational skills -Ability to work as part of a team -Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook -A working knowledge of Groupage Land, Part and Full load transport activities would be advantageous You will also have at least 12 months experience in a similar role and be hungry for success, highly motivated and switched on. |
