| Job profile Job Purpose: To provide a wide range of administration support to the Directors. To achieve agreed planned targets/actions. To oversee the administration team and have robust processes in place. Key Accountabilities: Provide information to facilitate the production of compliant reports. Liaise with the Discretionary Investment Management Team. Provide a high start of service to our High Net Worth clients. Maintain company electronic record keeping. New Business processing. Prepare client valuations. Key Technical Skills & Experience: Excellent PC and typing skills. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Good industry and technical knowledge Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook. Good working knowledge of 1st Software Good working knowledge of Wrap administration platforms (particularly Standard Life) Confident and polite telephone manner. Essential professional qualifications: Minimum 3 years relevant industry experience and full FPC.
