| We are looking for a real “foodie” who is currently managing a number of restaurants, and is keen to progress within a dynamic company. As an area manager you will concentrate on developing the offer and your team to deliver great results across number of food led units. Who we’re looking for: A candidate, who believes in the business, is excited by the prospect of developing a restaurant offer in a growing company and more importantly can demonstrate previous results. You will be a current area manager, have ideally been a General Manager previously and understand the restaurant and wet side of the business as well. You will have responsibility across a wide range of businesses with a variety of clientele, menus and styles. Ability to react as well as forward plan is critical. Package: Between £30,000 and £40,000 plus performance based bonus.
