Full Description:
An administrator is required immediately to work on a temporary contract for three months initially. It is possible that the role will go permanent for the right candidate. Hours of work will be 9.00 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. Duties will include:

Maintaining HR database
General administration relating to the HR process
Preparing offer letters, contracts, leavers letters
Sending out recruitment packs
Payroll input and checking
Answering telephone and email enquiries
Referencing and pre employment checks
Sitting in on interviews
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
No previous experience of working within an HR department is necessary but it would be advantageous. Candidates must have a strong administrative background and have excellent PC skills. A knowledge of MS Word and Excel is required along with accurate keyboard skills. This role is not suitable for candidates with a notice period in their current role.
