THE ROLE: Experienced Network Analyst Location: Edinburgh Salary: Excellent, Negotiable with Experience Benefits Package: Competitive Reporting to: Line Manager THE COMPANY My client is a premier provider of global investment management, risk management and advisory services. EXPERIENCE You will be working with a team which is part of the Global Infrastructure function. One of the key aspects for this group is to provide first line support services to internal and external clients. This is a brand new opportunity for strong CCNP certified specialist with proven experience in data network team supporting WAN, LAN TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP and Switching. To be successful in this role it is essential to have a history of exposure to a financial services environment. You also need some understanding of WAN / LAN Design and VPN. It would also be advantageous to have some knowledge / commercial experience with UNIX (basics), Firewall (Checkpoint, Nokia, Cisco Pix), IPT - Exposure to Clustered Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, IP Contact Centre (IPCC), Call Logging. Candidates must be willing to provide on-calls and out of hours support as and when required. This role is for experienced Data Network Specialists willing to work in a high paced and challenging work environment. You will be compensated with a very competitive salary plus and excellent benefits structure.
