| Your remit as the Designers Representative on site will involve ensuring that all works are carried out to the designers specification on time and to budget. The programme of works includes the construction of 8km of new highway and all related structures. Therefore previous experience working with the design manual for roads and bridges is essential. You will have strong liaising skills, as you will be dealing with both clients and contractors on a regular basis. You will report directly to the chief resident engineer. The role is entirely site based and requires a good working knowledge of health and safety procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work on a prestigious project.
