Due to an increased workload, my client is looking for a Contracts Manager to join the team. The company are currently involved in various new build and refurbishment projects ranging in value from £50,000 - £3.5million.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to join a company that will offer them career progression and longevity. This job will suit someone who is keen to make the role their own. You will have a proven track record in construction and a sound knowledge of commercial builds. As a Contracts Manager you will be responsible various sites throughout the west of Scotland.
You will report directly to the MD and be involved in dealing with subcontractors, co-ordinate health and safety , lead weekly review meetings and liaise with site staff.
Whilst the role will be challenging, it will also be rewarding, as you will be given an excellent salary, car allowance, potential for profit share and the opportunity for progression to board level.
