Our client are a large health care organisation who require a Hotel Services Manager to join their extremely busy department. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to join a highly credible organisation in an exciting andhigh pressure environment,looking after inexcess of1200 staff.

You will be responsiblefor the smooth running of allhotel services including catering, domestic services and security,across a very large estatein South Lanarkshire.Our client are looking for someone who canplay an important role in thestrategicplanning and introduction ofnewoperationsthat will benefitthe services offered.

You will have the ability to work closely with other senior members of staff and make decisions about the resources including finance and staffing levels. You will have a strong interest in the effective running of the service as a business and will be driven to maintain a high level of service.

You willbe from a facilities management background, more specifically, soft services. Experience working for the NHSor a similar health care organisation would be beneficial, as would a background working at a similar levelin the catering or domestic services industries.
