| Are you an experienced HR Officer? Do you have experience in Rewards? This is a fantastic opportunity working for a top legal firm based in Glasgow City Centre. Working within dedicated HR team you will responsible for: * The planning and delivery of the annual salary review * Salary survey participation and benchmarking analysis * Carrying out monthly and annual payroll audits * Managing and administering the benefits programme and system * Ensuring all relevant policy documentation is accurate * Liaising and negotiating with benefit provider You must have previous experience in a Compensation and Benefits role, ideally CIPD qualified, with excellent communication and organisation skills.
