Full Description:
HR consultancy are working in partnership with one of the worlds leading providers of outsourced business solutions. As a result of significant business growth, our well established and internationally respected client are looking for a number of Payroll Executives to strengthen their payroll teams.

To be considered for these roles you will already be working in a payroll environment and will have strong knowledge of TAX, NI, SSP and SMP. A strong focus on providing quality customer service is a must. If you are already studying or interested in studying for a professional qualification then this will be a good advantage. Supervisory experience will also be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities will include:

Running multiple payrolls to ensure payroll timetables are met
Providing information and advice on HR/Payoll systems to team members and customers
Handling routine, non routine and complex customer queries regarding payroll and HR related issues. This will include liaising with both internal and external contacts like team leaders, Tax Office etc
Reporting payslips, customer issues and error logs
Identifying opportunities to advise and inform colleagues
Assisting team leaders with the coaching and developing of less experienced team members
Supporting and sharing knowledge with colleagues to contribute to the effectiveness of the team and to achieve the location’s success. This may include providing cover for other team members as and when necessary
