| HR Consultancy seek a Personal Assistant for an exciting and challenging role with their client based in the Glasgow city centre. Successful applicants can expect to be working with senior Management where a high degree of professionalism in a busy and challenging environment where an ability to work under pressure and experience of prioritising a busy workload is essential. Duties will include but not limited to: Diary management and support for Senior Management Booking travel and accommodation for senior staff General correspondence Receiving emails for Head of Department Audio/copy typing Shorthand (not essential) Candidates will have previous experience of working as a PA at senior level however senior secretaries will also be considered. You will be confident working with all Microsoft Office packages .
