Full Description:
Our client, based in Glasgow, is seeking a receptionist / administrator who is able to work on their own initiative.

This is a temporary assignment on a week to week basis although candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months.

Duties will include although not be limited to:

Answering and directing calls accordingly
Meeting and greeting clients
Booking meeting rooms
Booking travel and accommodation
Correspondence management
General administrative duties
