F/T Collection Advisors - £14K (OTE £26K)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30pm

First People Solutions are currently recruiting for Collections Advisors for a leading credit management organization based in Glasgow City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader in its field.
The Role
As part of the Collections team you will be
making outbound calls to advise customers of outstanding balances
negotiating the highest possible payment plans whilst still retaining a high level of customer service.
resolving incoming call queries both internally and externally
required to meet set targets on a daily basis
Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will
be results driven with excellent negotiation skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
have strong communications skills and a professional persuasive manner.
have excellent customer service skills.
have a stable work history.
Previous collections experience advantageous but not essential as all backgrounds will be considered.
