Full Description:
The main daily duties will involve inspecting plans, properties, engineering calculations and other documents accompanying formal applications along with providing advice to internal and relevant external bodies. These duties are required to be conducted to determine whether the submitted proposals comply with technical and legislative requirements. Also, the successful candidate will be required to deal with varied caseloads, including the more complex applications involving negotiations with senior officers across the council. You will need to have strong problem solving skills and be able to make decisions under short time constraints.
