| Job Description Customer Support Advisor Main Duties Provide an effective back office support. Liaise with tenants, other divisions and service departments in relation to revenue repairs. Deal with complaints both written and oral to reach satisfactory closure. Follow up on outstanding work with contractors and resolve any problems as and when they occur. Monitor completion of works - by telephoning the tenant to ensure they are satisfied with the work completed Raise job orders, follow-up orders, and void work requests using our in-house systems Arrange appointments for pre inspection of works to be carried out Interrogate systems to gather information required to enable a response to a complaint. Process external invoices and update in-house system before passing to finance for payment Send letters to tenants following no access by Contractor. Any other duties appropriate to the post and in line with the needs of the service. |
