| New Job Vacancy - Senior Building Surveyor Permanent Job - Salary - Up to 38k, (car allowance, pension, life insurance, discretionary bonus). Glasgow G41, Scotland A leading independent Scottish firmthat covers the full range of construction consultancy surveying services wishes to recruit a Senior Surveyortoaid in their plans for expansion for the rest of the year.Originally established over 40 years ago, they currently operate with approximately 50 staff from their attractive new central Glasgow office, designed by their in-house architects. The practice has a wide and varied client base. Recently completed projects include luxury residential developments, major insurance reinstatement works, local authority instructions, healthcare sector projects and church conversions. While the majority of their work still takes place across the central belt, their reputation and expansion now means they have instructions across the UK. Involvement in instructions can often involve a full range of 'in-house' services from the architecture, Quantity Surveying and Project Management departments in conjunction with Building Surveying. The ideal candidate is a chartered Building Surveyor who has a number of years experience running their own projects from conception to completion. Interest from candidates who are perhaps not yet chartered, but who have the appropriate experience to lead current and future projects will also be well received. Candidates must be client-facing, keen to maintain project involvement and develop their professional experience. |
