International Personal Banker (Glasgow City Centre)
£17,000pa + award winning pension, share save scheme and private health care after 12months of service.
37.5 hours a week (rotational shift pattern)
Monday - Friday between 7am-8pm, Saturday/Sunday 9am-5pm
The role holder will be the first point of contact, for global clients in a multi-channel and multi currency environment regarding their banking issues through the use of telephone, postal, and internet based communication.
Managing end to end processes where possible and you will be responsible for undertaking customer service activities providing excellent service levels.
The candidate will contribute to the delivery of exceptional business performance and will be responsible for providing an excellent level of service, whilst working towards set targets.
The communication demands of the role are high and the role holder will be communicating with customers on a daily basis for whom English is not their first language.
High levels of visual and aural concentration will be required when locating and interpreting screen based information whilst continuing a dialogue with the customer.

Experience
Experience in a front-line customer contact role, within a financial services environment
Educated to a minimum of Higher Grade or equivalent.
Strong negotiator with influencing skills to ensure the best service possible is delivered to customers.
Proven track record of achieving set targets.
Good understanding of internal/external legislation including Data Protection, Money Laundering and Complaint Handling.
