| Job profile This is a support clerk role within a major legal firm within Glasgow City Centre. You will sort filing into alphabetical and date order, therefore you must have a keen eye for detail and good level of accuracy. Duties will include photocopying, scanning and mail handling. You may also cover reception at certain times. Basic typing skills are required as are a good grasp of the English language. This role will cover a shift pattern, Monday to Friday: Week 1: 7.30am 3.30pm Week 2: 9.30am 5.30pm You may be required to work separate shifts i.e. 8am 4pm, 10am 6pm so a degree of flexibility is required. Company Information My client are a major law firm within Glasgow City Centre. They are well respected within the industry, having won awards for their service to clients. Experience & Qualifications You must have basic typing skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be tasked with filing, therefore accuracy is important.
