| THE ROLE Principal Structural Architectural Design Engineer Location: Glasgow Salary:£31per hour FPSG are currently recruiting for Principal Structural / Architectural Design Engineers to work on a long term project in the Glasgow area. The job holder is to provide detailed understanding of appropriate systems. Deal with Customers and Suppliers on a regular basis. Develop of system specifications. Provide an appropriate Systems Design which fully meets the requirements of the Contract and CTS. Ensure co-ordination and integration of Systems Design with other key Disciplines. Undertake Engineering Project Management ensure full adherence to LCM requirements, including Design reviews, safety and risk. Communicate at all levels. Engender and encourage a positive and effective working environment within the team THE COMPANY Our client is a global company engaged in the development, delivery and support of advanced systems. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS A Chartered Engineer with an Honours degree in an appropriate Engineering subject or relevant experience in the Marine or similar industry sectors is essential and candidates should be able to demonstrate this at interview.
