Permanent Job - Scotland, Glasgow G2 Are you an experienced Building Surveyor who is looking for a greater degree of autonomy in your daily working life? A new permanent job opportunity has arisen in the Glasgow market, within an established multi-disciplinary property consultancy who wish to recruit an experienced Building Surveyor to join their expanding team. Operating as a strong force in the Scottish market, the company cover a range of sectors including office, industrial, retail, listed and conservation buildings, and they provide a full complement of services, ranging from pre-acquisition surveys, schedules of condition and schedules ofdilapidations, to contract administration and project monitoringon projects including repairs and refurbishments on a variety of properties. The ideal candidate is a Building Surveyor who has had a number of years experience covering the full remit within a consultancy, contractor or local authority background. Although MRICS status would be a benefit, it is not a necessity; the emphasis is insteadplaced on the candidate's experience and skill-set. As well as a generous benefits package including a salary of up to £28000 basic, a company car, contributory pension, life insurance, private healthcare and adiscretionary annual bonus; the role offers genuine career expansion and progression for ambitious, self-motivated candidates. |
