| SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, GLASGOW SCOTLAND Generous paid annual holiday entitlement, car/car allowance, health-care, pension, excellent training and development. Currently they areone of the worlds leading Construction Project Management Contractors. Their business sectors extend to commercial, sport and leisure, retail, airports, urban regeneration, education, health-care, technology and science, defence and refurbishment. As this is a global contractor, there are also opportunities to work abroad on completion of a successful project in Glasgow. The company has a proven track record in multiple sectors and is currently the main contractor on a long-term regeneration project in Glasgow. The appointed candidate will take responsibility for the management and delivery of a multi-million retail development. Strong construction acumen is essential together with a proven track record in delivering large-scale new build commercial projects using concrete and steel structures. This is a unique opportunity and therefore you will be educated to HNC (construction management/civil engineering) or above. As the role will include responsibility for all stages of this project, experience in refurbishment and fit-out would be advantageous.
