Skills: Sound knowledge of drainage and infrastructure design, section 104, 38 and 278 agreements. Computer literate with knowledge of programmes and a basic understanding of the CDM Regulations. Experience of PDS Previous civil engineering experience is essential. Hays Construction and Property are currently recruiting for a number of the key employers within the Consulting Engineering Sector in the West of Scotland. This covers the leading international, national and local Consulting Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancies, Contractors and Local Authorities in the West of Scotland.
