| Job profile My client are currently looking to recruit a 5 year+ PQE senior planning lawyer to work within their Scottish Planning & Environmental Team, developing in particular the Urban Regeneration / Town Centre Development / CPO practice in Scotland building on expanding their reputation in these areas. Experience & Qualifications The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience in good Scottish firm or be Scottish qualified and have worked in a top English practice, with good planning experience, particularly inquiry experience. Environmental experience would be useful but not essential. Candidates must be commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. You will be a team player with a strong client focused approach. You will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be looking to ''lead'' in particular in the development of the Urban Regeneration / Town Centre Development / CPO practice in Scotland.
