| THE ROLE Part time Administrator Location: Hamilton Salary:£8.50 per hour Reporting to: Director This is a temp to perm role, temporary for 13 weeks and then permanent for the right candidate. This is a part time role, working Monday to Thursday from 10am - 2pm. THE COMPANY My client is a credit management organisation within Hamilton. They have recently secured two major new contracts, and for this reason are looking to increase headcount. You will assist the Director of the company by carrying out any general admin tasks i.e. loading client information onto the company database, updating information held on clients, supporting the sales staff by carrying out any admin duties, answering any incoming telephone calls, filing documents etc. You will use Sage for accounts purposes, tracking payments to and from the company, and Excel to track performance, analyse data and produce reports on performance. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS My client is looking for an experienced administrator with strong Sage and Excel experience.
