| Personal Lending Advisors Location: Clydebank Salary: £12 - £14k, OTE £16-18k (uncapped) Benefits: Pension, healthcare, childcare vouchers & much more THE COMPANY First People Solutions are currently recruiting for call centre professionals for the European Customer Contact Centre of a leading Scottish Bank, just a short journey from the City Centre. THE ROLE They are currently recruiting for a full time In-Bound Advisors for their Personal Lending team where you will be dealing with new and existing customers in regards to their lending requirements. Your role will be to tailor products to the customers needs and close the sale where possible. You will also be working to sales targets so will be responsible for managing your own customers after the initial call. As with all calls within the bank, you will also be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive an excellent standard of service. EXPERIENCE Previous sales experience within a in a similar role would be preferred, however what is important is that you are ambitious, hard working have the drive to exceed targets.
