Full Description:
My client a medium sized public sector organisation are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team. Working on a variety of commercial and leisure projects such as a £1.3 million sports centre facility and a full refurbishment of a theatre pavillion building, you will be an integral part of the technical services team, in particular a senior level member of the surveying team.

This post is a freelance/Interim position to cover a 12 month period, and is ideally suitable for someone keen to venture into the freelance market, working on an hourly or day rate basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to increase your earnings and gain an increased amount of responsibility. You should be a full member of RICS, and have experience within a surveying firm, or even have your own private surveying firm and now looking for additional work.
