| SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - £48,000 - £55,000 (doe) GLASGOW - PERMANENT POSITION Generous paid annual holiday entitlement, car/car allowance, health-care, pension, excellent training and development. My client is one of the worlds leading Construction Project Management Contractors. Their business sectors extend to commercial, sport and leisure, retail, airports, urban regeneration, education, health-care, technology and science, defence and refurbishment. As this is a global contractor, there are also opportunities to work abroad on completion of a successful project in Glasgow. The company have a proven track record in multiple sectors and are currently the main contractor on a long-term regeneration project in Glasgow. The appointed candidate will take responsibility for the management and delivery of a multi-million retail development. Strong construction acumen is essential together with a proven track record in delivering large-scale new build commercial projects using concrete and steel structures. This is a unique opportunity and therefore you will be educated to HNC (construction management/civil engineering) or above. As the role will include responsibility for all stages of this project, experience in refurbishment and fit-out would be advantageous.
