| THE ROLE File Administrators Location: Clydebank Salary:£5.80/hour Benefits Package: N/A Reporting to: Team Leader Duration:on going - could lead to perm. Hours of Work35 hours per week between 8am - 8pm (although most staff work 9-5pm) THE COMPANY Our clients are a global banking organisation with main support offices based in Clydebank. THE ROLE The role, based in Clydebank, requires the candidate to prepare documents for scanning, scanning documents onto a computerised system and indexing them accordingly. The following qualities are required: Excellent timekeeping, attendance records and attitude to work. Have the ability to adapt quickly to new procedures and work methods Excellent PC skills Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. Have developed written and oral communication skills Excellent Typing Skills Filing or data management experience would be ideal.
