THE ROLE:Part Time Business Travel Consultant
LOCATION: East Kilbride
SALARY: £19,500 pro rata
HOURS: 16-20 hours per week
THE COMPANY
Our client, a Business Travel company based in the centre of East Kilbride, are seeking a part time travel consultant to work in the out of hours team.
THE ROLE
The role is to provide an out of hours support customers regarding new and existing bookings. Experience of working with systems such as Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus is essential.
Duties will include amending and making flight, hotel, rail and car hire reservations using Galileo, Sabre and Amadeus systems, issuing and re-validating electronic tickets, logging all call and customer information accurately and providing solutions to customer enquiries and complaints.
You will have excellent customer service skills as you will be required to deal with challenging situations in order to appease clients in emergency situations coupled with excellent attention to detail.
EXPERIENCE
Previous customer service experience coupled with the drive to work towards targets is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be a strong team player.
