Full Description:
My client a medium sized housing developer is looking to recruit a site manager for a medium sized project. The ideal candidate will come from a housing back ground with a trade and have experience is timber kit and can demonstrate their experience. Excellent communication skills are required as you will need to liaise with on site personnel as well as the client. You must have a valid current CSCS or CITB card and health & safety would also be a plus. As a site manager your duties would be:

* Monitor all labour & trades and sub contractors on site.
*Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety Legislation.
*Ordering and control of materials on site.
*Ensuing project completion dates are met.
*Monitoring quality
