THE ROLE - Settlements Team Leader
Location: Glasgow

ROLE
You will manage a team who are responsible for delivering service excellence through the achievement of high settlement performance levels. As well as delivering on service, this position will require you to lead by example, and develop both your team and yourself through motivation and drive. You will also be required to assist in the management, creation, communication and implementation of Business change initiatives in a professional manner.
EXPERIENCE
As the successful candidate you will have previous experience of people management with a proven track record of their development. It is essential that you have significant settlements experience, and preferable that your management experience has been in this field. As you are required to create, prepare and control the teams MI, you will have the ability to interact and communicate with staff at all levels. Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent and possess industry recognised qualifications, though not essential.
