| Position: Professional Development Administrator Location: Glasgow City Centre Salary: circa £16,000 per annum (depending on experience) Urgently Required! Working as part of an efficient and responsive operation, you will be an excellent Administrator with a systematic approach to your workload. The department delivers first class standards to clients and internal customers; therefore strong communication skills are essential. As part of a small team, you will be responsible for: · Ensuring procedures and systems are updated to ensure all critical deadlines are met. · Assisting in the completion of quality checks and proof reading of secure documentation. · Vetting applications and proposals. · Liasing and advising the members of staff at all levels of the business. · Supporting clients and customers with general queries, issues and advice. · Guiding clients through Development Processes and documentation. · Assisting in changes in procedures, upgrades etc. · Any other administration duties required. Due to the nature of the department and the work involved, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in an administration role; have a strong educational background and a professional working manner.
