THE ROLE Legal Secretary
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £17k - £21k (neg)
Benefits Package: TBC
Reporting to: Staff Partner
THE COMPANY
My client is a small legal organisation within Glasgow who require a Legal Secretary to complement their existing staff.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years previous legal secretarial experience, ideally within litigation. You will have excellent audio and copy typing skills (min 70wpm),with sound IT skills including XP, Excel and PowerPoint. You will support 2 Fee Earners.
Audio Typing
Providing first line assistance to callers, screening calls and directing where necessary
Diary management
File management
Booking and arranging meetings
Arranging travel and accommodation
Expenses
PC literate, specifically, proficiency in MS Office.
