Part time and Full time Positions Available

Customer Service & Sales Representatives are focused on delivering excellent service quality and maximising sales opportunities through coaching in order to proactively identify and address customer needs.

Daily, you will assist in the delivery of service by ensuring all customer needs are met and sales opportunities are maximised. You will ensure that processes and procedures are completed accurately and ensure that contact promises and open sales reminders are actioned.

Successful role holders will enjoy keeping busy and sustaining a high level of energy over a long period of time; driven to achieve challenging targets and keen to improve their own performance. They will be sensitive and understanding towards others; prepared to go out of their way to help. A conscientious approach is important in the Customer Service & Sales Representative role, where it is important that deadlines are met and tasks are completed.

Training will be given as part of the Training Academy over 8 weeks (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm). The first 4 weeks are in a classroom environment. Successful candidates will then receive 4 weeks of mentoring on live calls. On completion of the mentoring the candidate is placed into a team environment where support and training will continue

• Uses empathy and adapts behaviour and style of communication to their audience
• Upholds high standards of quality and quantity ensuring accuracy of work as well as speed of delivery
• Ability to follow instructions and seek advice or look up information if required
• Adheres to regulations, legal obligations and data protection rules
• Copes with setbacks when targets aren’t met and remains tenacious in the pursuit of excellence in difficult times
